📦 Damaged Item / Receive Policy
We take great care in packaging and delivering your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for checking their order immediately upon receiving it.
2️⃣ Reporting a Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within the same day of delivery.
Please send us:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number

4️⃣ Claims After 24 Hours
Any damage claims reported after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for replacements or refunds.
5️⃣ Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange one of the following:
- A replacement, subject to product availability in stock
- A refund if the item is not available for replacement
All resolutions will be processed according to our store policy.
